Order deliveries are carried out by DPD UK. You can track your delivery once it has been dispatched by clicking here.

We will send an email when your order is has been dispatched.

Please provide a mobile telephone number in your order as the couriers will text you with a delivery time slot. All deliveries MUST be signed for on delivery.

Orders placed on the UK mainland but in the following postcode areas will require 2 working days for delivery: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, G83, IV1-IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW14, PA21-PA38, PA80, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50

Orders outside of UK mainland will require an additional 2 working days for delivery.

Bank holidays and public holidays are not included in working days. Orders placed on a Bank holiday weekend will be delivered on the following Wednesday.

Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt, in unused condition and in original packaging, with tags still intact. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of your return. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges; therefore, we recommend you order any replacements needed on our website. Return of items will be at your own cost and risk - we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

PLEASE NOTE: All personalised items (including Clubshop items with added embroidery or print e.g badges, names and numbers) are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
